The Carling Apprentice Program (CAP) included a six to eight week apprenticeship for recent college graduates, to be placed into full-time positions within the company within completion. Roles included that of Junior Copywriter, Account Coordinator, and Project Manager. Brochures were administered at local college career fairs and prospective candidates.
